The Saanich Lacrosse Association is seeking feedback from parents, players and supporters to gather information on the 2019 Season.

This survey will be open until Wednesday, July 31. The survey is anonymous and information will not be shared in its raw form. The feedback for coaches or managers will be provided in generalized terms to protect the survey respondent. The survey is 5 questions and is designed to allow parents, players and supporters to quickly provide feedback.
