The Mini Tyke and Tyke back to the box sessions will be held Sunday, March 4th and Sunday, March 11th at the Pearkes Field House.
For both sessions the Mini Tykes will be on the floor from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The Tykes will be on the floor from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The sessions serve two purposes: The first is to get the players back to having a lacrosse stick in their hands and passing / shooting the ball. The sessions are also designed so that the coaches can see the player development and begin to formulate balanced teams in both divisions.
These sessions are not mandatory but all players in Mini Tyke and Tyke are encouraged to attend so that they feel confident and ready to play when the season begins after spring break.
Any questions can be directed to Andy Stuart, the VP of Mini Tyke and Tyke.
