Please complete and submit the application form if you wish to coach for Saanich Minor Lacrosse Association (SMLA) for the 2024 season.
The SMLA Executive reviews all coaching applications. SMLA’s objective is to select coaches that are good role models, create positive learning environments, encourage players to reach their potential, build competitive teams and instill an appreciation for the sport of box lacrosse. The Executive will consider several factors including, but not limited to: training, experience, organizational skills, communications skills, team building approach, player development approach and/or parent feedback on past seasons.
Head Coach applications for all age groups and Assistant Coach applications for U11-U17 MUST be submitted by January 31, 2024. SMLA will accept Assistant Coach applications for U7 and U9 up to April 30, 2024.
