Goalie Equipment Regulations
Player Equipment Requirements (by division):

U7 & U9
Mandatory Equipment (all equipment must be approved for lacrosse)
- helmet & cage - CSA approved 'hockey' or NOSCAE approved 'lacrosse' style
- mouth guard
- shoulder pads
- elbow pads
- gloves (hockey gloves are OK but lacrosse gloves are recommended)
- athletic supporter (jock or jill)
- junior lacrosse stick (a regular lacrosse stick may also be used)
Optional Equipment

U11, U13, U15, U17
Mandatory Equipment (all equipment must be approved for lacrosse)
- helmet & cage - CSA approved 'hockey' or NOSCAE approved 'lacrosse' style
- mouth guard
- shoulder pads
- arm slash guards
- bicep pads
- back/kidney pad
- gloves (hockey gloves are not recommended)
- athletic supporter (jock or jill)
- lacrosse stick - minimum 34 inches overall length (maximum 46 inches)
