Thank you for volunteering to become a coach for the 2025/26 season. Coaches are an integral part to success of the Saanich Lacrosse Association's (Association) program.
The Association seeks strong role models that combine box lacrosse knowledge, leadership and teambuilding. To that end, the Association will consider a combination of minor sport coaching experience, credentials as well as communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. It also considers past contributions to the Association as well as interactions with Board members, team staff (inside and outside of the Association) and representatives from lacrosse governing bodies.
Please fill out the questionnaire below. The Association will use this information in its decision-making process. The Association may request supplemental information and/or hold brief interviews with Head Coach applicants should two or more people express interest in the same position.
